OUR TEAM
The founders of 1015 CAPITAL PARTNERS are two colleagues, with extensive experience working with high net-worth individuals and families, who saw an opportunity to improve the client service and investment model. Mary and Michelle started 1015 CAPITAL PARTNERS with the goal of working for their clients, not conforming them to a “one-size-fits-all” strategy. They had a desire to provide ongoing added value without the unnecessary bureaucracy. Mary and Michelle aspire to do what’s right while focusing on the construction of strategies best suited for each individual client.
Landing on the perfect name was one of the longer processes that Mary and Michelle tackled together. They knew they wanted the name to carry a personal touch but also desired simplicity. 1015, pronounced TEN FIFTEEN, is a true amalgamation of its founders. 10 is the sum of their birth months (February, the 2nd month of the year, and August, the 8th), while 15 is a combination of their dates of birth (the 12th and the 3rd). For the longer version, well, you’ll just have to ask them yourself.

Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Mary’s primary focuses are in the areas of client strategy and integration, establishing the highest standards of sophisticated investment solutions.
Mary has been working with wealth creators for over a decade. Prior to 1015, Mary served as Vice President at BNY Mellon Wealth Management in Philadelphia. Her time there was spent growing strong multigenerational relationships with high-net-worth clients, families, and business owners to guide them through important financial decisions.
Mary received her bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College where she also played lacrosse for 4 years. Born and raised in North Carolina, Mary is an avid lover of the great outdoors and, of course, THE Duke Blue Devils. She also tries to make it to as many concerts as she can manage when she’s not out on the trail with her trusty hound, Palmer.

Michelle’s passion is working with clients to address their investment and wealth planning needs. She thrives in partnering with families to develop strategies to meet their personal financial goals. Michelle specializes in working with the complexities of business owners and executives.
Michelle has over 25 years of wealth management experience. Prior to co-founding 1015 Capital Partners, Michelle worked as a Senior Wealth Manager and Team Leader for BNY Mellon Wealth Management, First Niagara Bank, and Vanguard. Michelle received her Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University. Michelle is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
Outside of work, Michelle can be found traveling, hiking, and skiing with her family.
